Hello we are are Matt and Nicole Mauriello along with our precious sons Anthony and Joey. Welcome to our site, www.thejamnlife.com.

We would like to share with you a little about ourselves so you know who you are working with. We are so grateful for this opportunity and what it has done for our family, that we live each and everyday teaching and sharing with others this amazing gift we have found.

Matt worked in the financial industry for a little over 20 years. The stock market was a very lucrative business for many years but slowly Matt began to realize the market was changing and it just wasn’t as easy to make the kind of money we were accustomed too. The security we once had was not secure at all.

So, that is when Matt took a stance for our family and went looking for what he knew our family deserved and became an entrepreneur.

One thing Matt felt strong about was to start a business where he can work from home so he could spend more time with the family.There was no way he was going to buy a franchise for a few hundred thousand dollars , work 80 hours a week and basically buy himself a job. The biggest roadblock to starting or buying a business is that they require a considerable up-front cash investment. Option - Buying a Franchise: You could buy a franchise such as McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Subway, or Dominos Pizza, but you may find they have many BARRIERS TO ENTRY. You will need to make a large upfront cash investment (average start-up cost between supplies, location, etc - can fall between $400,000 to $1 million), and in the end, what you are really buying yourself is 90-hour-a-week job. You are going to be stuck in one location all the time, and you will have to be there everyday to oversee the operation. You are not going to increase your time freedom.

With a franchise, you are also going to be required to pay royalty fees for the life of your business. These fees are in addition to all of your operating expenses, and in many cases, they can prevent you from being profitable.

Option - Traditional Brick & Mortar Business: In almost every case, if you buy yourself a traditional business, you are doing nothing more than buying yourself a job... only with more headaches. You assume all responsibility, and you must be there all the time to make sure that everything is running properly. There are numerous costs associated with operating a traditional business including inventory, rent, and of course, personnel. Administrative tasks take up a tremendous amount of time. The success of your business can be highly dependent on the state of economy, and you are also bound to one location. Long hours trapped in one location do not give you the freedom to spend more time with your family and friends or be able to take vacations, travel, and live a life of comfort and privilege. Costs are also a barrier to entry. Here are few examples of business that you can purchase - please note the limitations:

Bagels/Delicatessen/Convenience Store
Asking: $565,000 Gross:$741,965 Cash Flow: $128,032	Summary: Excellent opportunity for entrepreneur to take this great business to the next level. Is this MLM?
No it is not, MLM is such a great concept but they have no real structure and it is always much harder and takes a lot longer then they say it is. I need instant gratification versus building something that could be in 1-3 years.

Do I have to talk to people with this business?
Yes, unless you are going to do manual labor then the only way to make money is to move products and services or be responsible for the movement in some way. But I can tell you this, you won't have to do any explaining of any product or service.

Are there any other costs in running this business?
Yes, Anyone who tells you that it doesn't take money to build a business is lying to you. This is a business that generates a substantial income, most businesses show only a small percentage as profit and the rest is business expenses. The difference here is this business because of its immediate high cash flow will pay for all of your expenses and still have a huge net profit left over.

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is the difficulty level of running this business?
With 10 being the most difficult and 1 being the simplest, out of all the businesses I have ever run or owned, I would say for most everyone, it will be a 1.

Is training and support provided?
Absolutely. Your success will be achieved with personal mentoring by myself and other entrepreneurs who have already achieved financial success while working from home. The training system that is in place works perfectly as long as it is followed exactly. We conduct 13 live training calls each week. There is also 24x7 e-streaming should your schedule require it.

How much time does this business require?
Leverage your time, choose your own hours, and take holidays whenever you wish. Work from home in your boxer-shorts, from the beach in Cancun, or while you're taking a 3-month vacation in Hawaii. I recommend that you have 1-3 hours a day available.

How difficult is this business?
